クリエイターやアーティストの作品展示や販売の他、
カフェやベーカリー、農園による食品販売から
ミュージシャンによるライブ演奏まで、楽しみ満載のお祭り的なマーケット。
素敵な作品を探せたり、知った顔にも会えたりと、
楽しい時間を、川風が抜ける会場をぶらりぶらりと歩きながら過ごした。
とてもユニークで気に入ったのが、
「頭に花をいける」という、Tiny-n のりちゃんのイヴェント。
お花のカチューシャを作るのではなくて、
その場で本当に頭に生けこんでくれるライブイヴェントに、
子供も大人も、皆さん楽しそう。
秋の柔らかい日差しの下で花も人もとても綺麗だった。
私自身は、
フェルトのアクセサリー、古道具の長方箱２つ、ポストカード、
手吹きガラスのタンブラーなどを購入して、大満足の一日。
I went to the Momiji Ichi market, held on the bank of the Tama river with my colleague yesterday.
At the market, you can find lots of lovely art and craft pieces, fresh vegetables directly from farms, delicious-looking bread from bakeries, etc...
They also have a live music show. It was like a festival rather than a market .
We enjoyed an autumn riverbank walk and finding some lovely craft pieces.
The event I admired the most was "Head Flower Arranging" by Tiny-n.
It's not making flower crowns, but really arranging flowers on your head and everyboday was enjoying this live show.
Both the flowers and people looked so beautiful under the soft autumn sunshine.
I bought a handmade felt brooch, two old wooden rectangular boxes, post cards and a hand-blown glass tumbler.
It was a fun day.
